Q: WHERE ARE MY PRODUCTS SHIPPED FROM?
A: All items are shipped from partnered warehouses located in Asia and/or the US. If you order multiple products on our website, your products may ship separately but are all guaranteed to get to you.
Q: WHAT'S THE DELIVERY TIME?
A: Depending on the product's availability and your location the shipping time may vary from anywhere between 4 to 30 business days. However, due to the Coronavirus situation it might take longer.
Q: CAN I RETURN PRODUCTS?
A: We offer a 30 day exchange policy on all merchandise purchased from our online website. No refunds are offered. The customer is responsible for shipping costs back to us in the case of an exchange. The detailed refund policy can be found here.
Q: CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
A: Once you place an order, all orders are final and may not be cancelled.
Q: CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
A: Yes you can, we'll provide a tracking number 2-5 days after you've ordered the product(s).

A: We process all orders in USD to make things easier. You might see your shopping cart in your local currency but at the final checkout it will be converted to USD at the actual rate.
